1. Within ten years of purchasing a mattress or underlay

According to the terms listed in this warranty card, Duoluxe has the right to decide whether to repair or replace the mattresses or underlays that cause problems due to production errors free of charge.

2. Mattresses or underlays with a warranty of more than ten years

Duoluxe has the right to decide whether to repair or replace the defective goods and charge related fees. The charging standard is 10% of the latest official retail guide price of the same level of goods at the time of replacement multiplied by the number of years the relevant goods have been sold. The higher charge is 70% of the latest official retail guide price.

3. Shipping costs

If a product quality problem (not caused by the consumer) occurs during the warranty period (not caused by the consumer), the freight for replacement or repair or return will be borne by Duoluxe.

4. Same material

If the same materials are not available, Duoluxe has the right to use materials of equal quality instead.

5. How to obtain quality joint guarantee service

Please contact Duoluxe and present the warranty card you have and the original invoice issued by the retailer where the product was purchased.

2. Do not stand or jump on the mattress, which will damage the spring structure and mattress performance.

3. To ensure that the mattress is clean, please use a mattress protector.

4. Please choose a suitable bed frame. Using a bed frame that lacks support will cause your mattress to sag. The bottom cushion of Duoluxe is used in conjunction with Duoluxe mattress, which can provide you with proper support and make the mattress more durable.

5. Chemical materials used for dry cleaning will damage the material of the mattress.

6. It is very important to flip the mattress position regularly. The mattress is designed to provide a close-fitting support, so it is normal that the upper layer of the mattress is slightly compressed. Regularly turning the mattress can evenly distribute the body pressure to different parts of the mattress, making the mattress more durable. Please refer to "How to flip a mattress" to flip it regularly

In the first three months of use, turn it over once every two weeks;
